Capabilities
The new Chevy Bolt EUV at Hawthorne Chevrolet in Hawthorne is capable of offering brisk acceleration and maneuvering well in most driving scenarios because it is accompanied by a superb powertrain setup. The setup involves pairing a 65-kWh battery pack and an electric motor to generate 200 horsepower and make 266 pound-feet of torque. The powertrain enables this model to move from 0 to 60 mph within 6 seconds, and the battery pack offers a driving range of 250 miles until it depletes. You can either use a household charger or any DC fast charger around Paramus to charge the battery.
Its handling capability is on point thanks to the quick responsive steering wheel and the regenerative braking system, which allows one-pedal driving. The system works so that once you remove the leg from the throttle, the vehicle starts to slow down, thus using the deceleration to charge the battery.

Automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, and lane departure warning are standard, along with forward collision warning. The surround-view parking camera system and adaptive cruise control are some of the optional safety features.
