I always get excellent service when I bring in my SUV for maintenance.

Cannot say enough great things about Kara! She was there when i unexpectedly dropped off my car to get a tire fixed and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. Was able to find the hole first thing in the morning and once the quote was approved - I had my car back within an hour! We have been so happy with the service at Chevy Hawthorne responsive, transparent and efficient!
