My rating is a result of 1 person, Maynor Beato. He was rude to both me and my husband and when my husband dropped the car and asked for the shuttle Maynor assured him the work would only take 30 minutes. After 90 minutes it was still not complete and my husband waited thinking Maynor was correct. It was inconsiderate of our time. I finally asked to be helped by the service manager who was excellent. Please know that Steve was wonderful and salvaged my concern about the dealership. Also kudos to the cashier on Sat morning (7/27) who patiently determined the correct invoice as Maynor charged a fee for something Steve had to correct. He is a horrible representative of your brand. I got a sense his co-workera have heard this before.

The many changes in personal lead to slightly longer wait time. We have had exceptional results with very reliable service personal , now that no longer work with customers I am hopeful the same relationship can continue.
